Salt Lake City Trip to Temple Square The Trian Ride to SLC

So we got onto the Front Runner Train in Provo and headed for SLC.

 Ben's Family joined us at American Fork.

When we got there we went over to see the Macy's candy display first.

Then across the street to Temple Square.

This is the entire group minus me  behind the camera.

They got me in a later picture.

I had Alex on my lap on the way home on the train and my camera as well. So I pointed the camera from my lap toward the others and he just kept pushing the button. A couple that was sitting across from Marie and I must have been thinking how crazy I was to just let my grandsons push the button like that. They didn't say anything but I was really wondering what they were thinking.

These first few have a dark section at the bottom due to Alex adjusting the dials and me not realizing which ones he had moved.

 It didn't take long to figure out he had it set at 1/600th of a second with the flash so the dark at the bottom was the camera shutter curtain moving back into place. (It syncs to the flash at 1/250th.)

Later Kade thought that it was fun and got on my lap so he could do it too.

Brooklyn thought it more fun to get in front of the camera .

We had a great evening and really enjoyed ourselves.
