Love to play on the computer

Alex has recently become very fascinated with my computer and especially the wacom tablet and pen. SO I hold him on my pal and we play. He really loved to make music go louder, softer, and muted as well. So we were playing after I got home from work on Wednesday night (14.5 hours of work) and he somehow brought up photo booth so we took a bunch of pictures.
It was fun for both of us.

Video Chat 012613 with Kade and Brooklyn

Our video chat this time was with Brooklyn and Kade. Of course we also talked to Loren and Rachelle since it was Loren's 28th birthday today.

Daddy holding Kade upside down.

Kade sticking his tongue out cause grandpa stuck his out at him.

He was also having a great time tickling Aunt Tia.
Amazing how well it worked both ways.

Loren got a little break while the children ran into the other room.

And then they were back and Brooklyn brought one of the party noise makers with her.

Kade has such an array of faces.

Rachelle showing off the other baby for us.

Time to say goodbye.

Video Chat 01-25-2013

SO we had a little video chat session with Kasia and McKinsey. It was a lot of fun too. We had sessions showing off what we could do with our eyes and faces.

Then a show and tell of talents. McKinsey's talent at becoming a seamstress showing the little animals she designed cut out and made.

And of course they were all involved using Kasia's new beading loom she got for her birthday.
They are some pretty cool bead work articles.

Kasia is getting real good at walking on her stilts. We also got a run down of the new school and classes she will be going to next fall.

And speaking of "Fall", well I don't think she actually did even though it looks like it.

There has been some pretty fancy snow flakes created as well in school this year.

Then it was time to say goodbye. We love You.

Kent's Teddy Bear from 1950's

This is a Teddy Bear that my Grandmother "Nana" Rozilla J Poulson made for me from the upholstery of our couch that mother and father decided to have redone. This was the fabric that Christmas presents were made from when my grandmother didn't have a lot of finances and I have kept it all of these years because of the love that it represents to me from Nana. I wrote to McKinsey about this being one of my presents and told her I was sure I still had it and today I found it so here is a picture of it for her. I not absolutely positive it was just given to me but I was the one who claimed it so many years ago.

The snow keeps piling up.

Well we have had a lot of new snow during the last two days. This is just in front of the house.

Well actually it was the snow we have pushed from the driveway, thanks to Jeff A.

They are really taller than 48 inches but if I had pushed it further down it couldn't have been seen.

Our snowmen are still there even though they are missing a lot of parts.

Now the snow is melting again and here comes the ice.

Here is a panorama of the yard on Jan 12, 2013.
