Our last hike was over to see where Brooklyn

went to school and to play on the playground

9th post of several for our trip to Oregon and Washington over spring break

We then went over to the Grand Coolee Dam

 what an amazing engineering feat in 1938

 enough cement to make a 4" deep 4' wide sidewalk 

extend twice around the equator

 the holes for water to be released were tall enough 

to drive a truck in at 8 feet tall
