Fall break hike with Kasia in Snow Canyon

Marie and I had a great time with Kasia
hiking on trails in Snow Canyon State Park near St George Ut.

 Lots of little caves.
and big ones.

And this rock that we climbed to the top.
You will see pictures of Kasia on top further into the blog.

This was cooming off of that rock.

Kasia coming down from the top.

A view of Marie while she was waiting for us to come down.

Kasia on the very top.

 Kasia gong up.
It was not real easy but was OK.

This was from the inside of one of the volcano tubes.
Kasia and I could have gone a lot deeper than
but I don't particularly care for
skinny, jagged holes to crawl through.

Marie holding up one of the rocks.

They are hiding from the camera, almost.

A friend from the trail.

We had just emerged from a small
slot and decided to take pictures.

Another friend.

We had both rocks and sand to hike on which to hike.
I preferred the rocks.
not the sand

 A roadrunner that I didn't see.
Marie saw it though.

Fun times.
