I have always wanted to go to Alaska
and had thought that a cruise there would be fun.
However when Cat posted that they had
booked airplane flights we quickly
decided to see if we could tag along.
The fist couple of days we stayed in Palmer with
Cat's cousins in a wonderful cabin.
Our rented car which we had decided to rent
so we could travel as we pleased to various sites was
fun since the license plate almost had
my name on it.
We stayed with the Sean McKenney family.
Their dog was a pretty special one and loved the
attention that Sam gave to it,
A walk with Grandma was pretty special as well.
Sean was a great host and we loved the time
that we spent there with them.
Nice sunset from the porch to end the first day.
