Kasia ran a personal best by over 40 second and took 30th
place in the regional cross country meet.
She came in second of her team members
and everyone in the team recorded
new personal best records at the meet.

Kasia was voted by her team members to recieve
the Gold Hawk award.
This is the women's team.
I think this si the hawk pose. Don't really know
but it looked pretty cool.
